The "September Gems" Theater Festival
The "September Gems" Theater Festival is the 56th annual national festival of theatrical art held in Kropyvnytskyi. It opens on September 23 with a performance of the drama-fairy tale "Forest Song" by Lesya Ukrainka, presented by the Kirovohrad Regional Theater named after Marko Kropyvnytskyi. Highlights include the play "Hutsul Wedding" by the Ivano-Frankivsk National Academic Drama Theater on September 25, and the premiere of the comedy "The Show Must Go On" on September 27. The festival concludes on September 29 with the musical story "I Want to Be!" by the Kropyvnytskyi Theater.
